We came just to shop for baloons for a baby shower and ended up renting their event space and having them put together a balloon arch instead. Superb customer service is what made us think of them first when we needed the extra capacity for our shower. Major kudos to the owner. We will definitely be back for baby's first birthday ♥️

What is ordered is NOT what was delivered! There was absolutely no customer service to attempt correction and even if there may have been some form of miscommunication how I was handled was UNACCEPTABLE This was not about money at all but what I expected which I why I took pics WONT EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE AND DEFINITELY NOT SUPPORTING THIS BUSINESS

Great Experience with the USA Party Store- they are a 1 stop shop for ALL supplies for birthdays and more- with a vast selection. We had some BIG balloon arches and creations and they color matched the theme for my wife. We also rented tables and chairs from them and the best part was the DELIVERY! They came early the morning of the party and setup the balloons and dropped off CLEAN tables and chairs- saved us so much time. Great accommodating staff and best prices for all the Balloon Creations. Will definitely use again!

Picked up balloons here for my daughter’s birthday. Ordered online and there was no option to specify what time to have them ready. When I tried to call them back the next day to tell them what time I needed them the phone number did not work. They got the balloons ready when I came in, but as soon as I got home with the balloons two of them immediately popped. They are $2 a piece so that’s pretty annoying. I think they had been overfilled and that’s why they popped so easily. I tried to call to see what their policy was in this situation, but again their phones were not working. I drove back again to ask if they would replace them and they made me pay for 2 more balloons - even though nothing I had done had caused the balloons to pop, and I have now spent the whole morning trying driving back and forth to their store since their phones are down. I would not recommend this business - that is poor customer service in my opinion.

We have been customers of this store for a long time and have never encountered such treatment before. The day before, we bought a suit, tried it on at home in the evening, and it turned out to be too small, so we came to exchange it. The response was NO, this is a suit - read the rules on the receipt. The fact that the suit on the website is described as knee-length, while in reality, it doesn't even cover the backside, doesn't concern anyone. You are selling defective merchandise and refuse to exchange it - this is excellent customer service.

I absolutely love USA Party store! The staff are always super helpful. They have assisted me with so many of my events over the past year at my school. Everything from a Brunch to a Prom! They’re balloon art work is amazing and they always deliver on time with fast set up and break down! It’s not many places that will come back and assist with break down. As an event coordinator and planner they truly are a one stop shop and are my go to party store for all of my events! They have helped me everything from balloon art to table covers and table rentals. They are black owned and women owned. If you have not shopped or used their services, you’re truly missing out!

I do not recommend this company for balloon service and delivery for any special occasion. Although, we personally visited this store 3 times and worked with the same person prior to my event, this company did not create or deliver the ballons that we ordered. In fact, on the morning that they were supposed to be delivered at 10:30 am, they were a no show. We called the company, and they claimed they had not heard of us, nor did they have a record of our order. This left us scrambling trying to fill an empty venue that was supposed to have over $500 worth of balloons. After a family member went to the store, they provided 4 sets of smaller sized balloons to try to pacify the situation. The following day, my order magically appears, along with personalized balloons that I purchased and left in their care to simply blow up for this one-time event. Yes, we did receive a refund. However, that does not help alleviate the poor experience and pain that this experience caused. This company really needs to evaluate why it is in business, provide training to its staff, and understand the volume of work it can handle. It is obvious that this company cannot deliver what they commit to for customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Huge store with lots of party items and they can personalize items too! There's a party room in the back to rent for parties, luncheons or business meetings. They have a stage with audio and TV for presentations. Great setup. I attended a business networking meeting there and it was such a great facility. Highly recommend it.

I order 70 red heart shape balloons as a surprise for my GF's 70th birthday at the last minute! To be honest, I was just trying to see the cost of such a task and had no idea if they could be done considering it was last minute and on a Sunday night when the idea of the balloons hit me! But sure enough the next morning, Ronell, called me back! She gave me the price and assured me that she could have them delivered by my GF's birthday! The balloons arrived as promised! Ronell was even nice enough to add more to this order at no extra charge! Boy was my GF surprised when she was all 70 balloons with long streamer hanging from my living room ceiling! And the smile on her face was and still is priceless! Here it is a week later and the balloons are still as beautiful as the day they were delivered! Can I just say, I get a kick out of watching her play with the balloons every chance she gets! Thank you Ronnell for making her smile and me too! #USApartystore P.S. As much as we loved the long string on the balloons we had to cut them back because they would grab onto you when you walked by and follow you around the house! LOL! We now have red heart shape balloons in every room of our home!

I rented a helium bottle for about 70 balloons. Good quality helium and balloons are lasting. I bought four helium balloons from this store, and one was losing air during the ride home. The store replaced the balloon for no charge and I did not even have to bring it back; I just showed the picture of the bad balloon. Thank you so much!
