So relaxing. Went twice in a month. Once for a 30 minute massage for shoulder pain and the pain was relieved. Also followed up with a couples massage for me and my daughter for a birthday treat! So relaxing. Nice to have that spa atmosphere without being far from home. Staff is amazing and helpful.

I was in extreme need of a deep tissue massage and Urban Sanctuary never disappoints. It was my first time at this location and it was a wonderful, relaxing experience from beginning to end. Staff is incredible including ladies at the front desk and Anthony, my massage therapist!

I had the most amazing facial and neck massage by Kat! After my facial, she Explained the products she used and what they did as well as listened to my concerns about my skin and made other recommendations. She did all this without being pushy about buying the products. I am looking forward to booking another facial in the future with Kat. Also, I would recommend this location on Jordan Drive over the other location for massages. I love my masseuse’s at both places, but at the location on Chase Street if I am booked on the main floor, I can sometimes hear the people upstairs squeaking and moving around, which is not very relaxing when you’re trying to have a facial. The setting is really neat because it’s an old church, but it is kind of noisy at times during the massages.

I went to urban sanctuary today and got a Swedish deep tissue massage done by Ms. Patricia. Let me tell y’all folks, I have gone to urban sanctuary for years here and there. The massages are always good but today Ms. Patricia set the standard exceptionally higher. When I get future massages I am going to schedule with Ms. Patricia. The front desk receptionist Ms. Zoey has exceptional customer service skills. I am not throwing any negative vibes but I really like the new location better than the one on chase. To the owners of urban sanctuary thank you for hiring exceptional staff. Finally thank you for letting your customers experience a world class service.

My husband and I got a couples massage i received prenatal when you arrive you will be greeted by such a nice person named Hannah she was very informative and we felt so welcomed. Our therapist were David & Chad they really focused on our problem areas and we left so pleased with the service everyone provided. Will definitely be coming back.
