It was my first time at this spa and I really love their facial. It’s super relaxing, the place is clean and staff are very nice. Delany was awesome and helpful. She even personalized my experience for me. I can say this is one of the best spas in Georgia. I’m very impressed and will definitely be back.

I went for an Urban Signature Massage. Upon entering, I was greeted with relaxing sounds of 'music' throughout the facility. The staff was welcoming and I was given a warmed neck pillow to use while I filled out the paperwork that would allow them to personalize the included facial to my specific skin type. Morgan did a great job and I was totally relaxed the whole time. The facial also included a hand and arm massage. Everyone was friendly and professional. I went back for a Swedish massage with concentration in my upper shoulder area and Wendi did a great job of getting the knots out and was friendly and professional as well.

I have been coming here for years and have a few bad experiences but overall I had enough good ones to go back occasionally. However, every time I find a massage therapist I like, they leave. I booked with a certain therapist for months for medical type massages. I get called that yet again the therapist now no longer works there. I book the same massage with another therapist. It was a terrible experience. I did not get trigger point work and I did not get the areas I asked for focused on. It was more of a reiki experience. I asked for medium to firm pressure I got light. When I get to the desk to check out the young lady says, “how was everything,” and while I’m trying to answer she begins talking to another worker. So I just paid and left. I always book another appointment, I did not. I always leave a tip, I did not. I didn’t in any way, shape, or form get what I asked for. Urban lost a long time customer today. It is so frustrating to spend that amount of money and not get serviced.

This place is pure bliss. The vibe is so relaxing the minute you walked in. I was greeted by a kind associate who offered me a warm neck wrap and water. The atmosphere is serene and cozy. Miguel gave me a deep tissue massage and what relief I felt afterwards! Looking forward to my next treatment.

I went in for a facial that was recommended by the receptionist. It was the Glo2Facial. I was in the chair not much more than 30 minutes. It seemed like I just had my faced washed and moisturized. The price was $250. I have had facials and paid this much- but felt like I got my monies worth. I can not look at my skin and tell I had anything done. Maybe I just chose the wrong facial. But the esthetician should have helped direct me to a more suitable facial to help get better results.

This place is amazing! Go get that massage or facial or whatever! It's super relaxing. Staff was awesome. I've only been to one other spa, so I was nervous going to a new place. But it was good. It's a bit more pricy than I'm used to, but honestly, I feel like it was worth it. So if you've never been or if you're having to find a new spa, this is a great one.

Christina is amazing. I have had chronic pain for so long and she got rid of all of the aches with one visit. Love her personality as well, I will definitely be back to see her! Then environment of the spa is amazing too, great service all around.

Any service I have done at this spa has been fantastic. Today I worked with Scarlet on an eyelash lift and tint, and eyebrow wax and tint. I was really nervous as this would be my first time, but scarlet assured me the whole way through. So glad I trusted her and her talent. I’ve recommended multiple people to this location, and have never regretted it. Love!!!
