First time shopper. Didn’t realize that it was a boutique of sorts? 😅 But I was stopping by to pickup something for a friends birthday and knew I was out of my element the minute I walked in. The employees were friendly and helped me find what I needed and I was in/out in a few minutes. My only suggestion would be a lanyard or name tag because there isn’t a dress code so I didn’t know who was an employee and who wasn’t! Will definitely keep the store in mind for future birthday ideas.

The store itself is very pleasant but I do not like shopping or having to interact with the employees. Most of them are very stuck up and seem to think they are better than the customers... I remember 1-2 years ago their employees were always super friendly and wanted to help. I hope it goes back that way again, I limit myself from going to Athens UO. I’ve been shopping only online to avoid their current employees. Such a shame.

I ordered my daughter pair of doc martens and regular shipping said it would be here before Christmas. but I figured I wouldn’t take a chance and paid extra for it to be here on the 21st and urban outfitters sent my package UPS ground. And now my daughter is not getting her Christmas present, until after Christmas. when I talked to the customer service representatives they were not helpful at all I called UPS and they said that it has not even shipped so I called customer service back and the lady I talked to done everything she could to try to help me with no luck. I will never shop With this company again 😡😡😡😡😡

Most employees at the urban outfitters I've been to are usually young and easily distracted by chatting with other employees. This crew at this location is professional and don't let the store remain a mess.

This is a pretty nice urban. I took off a star just because it is deceptively small and has a smaller selection of home goods and men’s wear than most urban outfitters.
