Front desk were able to get me an appointment the same day. Staff are always friendly and helpful with checking in upon arrival. I was called back and placed in an exam room in a timely manner. I saw Dr. Chesser within a few minutes of being in the exam room. He asked the proper questions about my visit, and prescribed medication and further testing to access the possible cause of my problem. The visit was efficient and effective and no time was wasted sitting and waiting. I would recommend Dr. Chesser and his staff to anyone looking for a primary care physician that wants a caring doctor who takes the time to listen to you the patient.

I found Dr. Chesser to be patient, kind, and thorough. He had a very pleasant, calming, and professional demeanor. He also asked a lot of questions, and has already begun to initiate the referrals, and bloodwork he recommended I needed (I went yesterday). So far, so good! I absolutely love this office. I driver an hour to this office because of the staff and Doctor. They are absolutely amazing. The office feels warm and inviting. Stephanie, Domonique and Santana are so friendly and very helpful. I love how they always address my concerns with patience, understanding and speed. Dr. Chesser is always so happy to see his patients, he listens and is always willing to take the time to explain any health concerns even willing to explaini things more than once if you don't have total understanding.
