Dr. Hill and her staff are wonderful with our son Nicklas! His autism and neurofibromatosis has always been a hurdle for him, but they helped keep him calm and welcomed and assured him he would be okay with their help! Positive and caring atmosphere with a great team working for the comfort of the customer! We thank you for your support and positive aroma with our son! Staff very helpful and friendly. Dr Chang has been great. He is forthright about my diagnosis and care, answers to what I need to know and I do feel like he cares. Special thanks to my infusion nurse Aaron, he made sure I was comfortable after I had a difficult reaction to a new medication yesterday. This facility has impressed me.

In addition to the excellent care I’ve received from Dr Shepherd and staff the portal at UCBC is very well managed. I have on many occasions during my journey needed advice, a prescription renewed, or medical attention. I need only leave a message on the portal. It is quickly past on to to the appropriate level. It is addressed quickly and accurately the first time. No endless trail of emails, phone calls, or wrong answers. They entire staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They are the best!

They’re great! My whole team, from Dr Westin, to Dr Hill, Anna McFather, and Kat, and all the phlebotomists, nurses, injection & infusion personnel, not only are they very professional, knowledgeable & thorough, but they’re personable, and they care. I’m so very satisfied with everything that the UCBC team has done for me, I praise them as often as I can. Not all heroes wear capes, and I run into a hero every time I come in to UCBC!

Dr Griffin, Elizabeth , lauren , Annie are all the absolute best having melanoma while pregnant and surgery they saved my life along with my daughter I will always be thankful for them! Dr Huang and her staff are amazing. Very easy to talk to, and she explains everything in a way you can understand. The entire staff from the greeters, nurses, reception are all amazing. Even when drawing blood. Great experience.

On my first visit, I was pleased with the positive atmosphere. The building is light and spacious, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt confident that I would receive the care I needed. In the weeks to come, I continued to have the same experience. One nurse said “This is my dream job.” On my first visit, I was impressed with Doctor Charles Bodine who is very positive and encouraging. When I go for an appointment, he answers all of my questions. The staff has treated me with respect on the phone and in person. I would recommend UCBC to anyone who needs their services.

I was very scared being referred to Dr. Shepherd. Didn't have to be scared at all, the staff at UCBC put me at ease right away. The nurse practitioner and nurses explained everything that needed to be done to me. Dr. Shepherd is great at answering questions, along with her whole staff. I am truly grateful my family doctor sent me to this doctor and her staff to take care of my problems.
