It is a post office usually efficient. Occasionally the large package drop off get jammed around the holidays and other busy times for mailing when there is no one there to check on it. So, plan accordingly.

I dropped a larger package off on Saturday and shipping from Georgia to Kentucky. They told me it would be $17.85 for ground advantage. Then they told me it would be $72 for being not standard length or volume. What are the standards? MAKE IT CLEAR ON THE WEBSITE AND IN THE STORE. I agreed to pay that price but 5-10 minutes later I was thinking about it and that’s way too much to ship a large box. I get $30-$40 but not $72. I went back in and asked for my box back and a refund and they said they could do it but then switched their minds when the supervisor was apparently not there because it’s a weekend. What kind of business doesn’t have a supervisor working during business hours? I’ll never be shipping out of here again and I’ll make sure not to recommend this establishment to anyone else. All the other reviews below agree that the workers don’t know what they are doing and rude.

The staff was very friendly and helped me get my packages on the way. The prices to ship are now astronomical though. I had a ' longer' small box that was $28 to ship, absolutely ridiculous. But I believe this is a national issue

HORRIBLE POST OFFICE SO INCREDIBLY RUDE!! I mailed an overnight package and it took a week to be delivered. I went back 4 times and was told they didn't have the cash, this last time I was told it was too late. No place on my receipt does it state this. She was so rude and unprofessional, I will be returning to get her name. Disgusting customer service.

The workers at 9 am, December 5th 2024, were incredibly rude. They have a rule that if it’s not “priority mail” they cannot give you tape. So you have to buy one that they sell for $3.99. Don’t agree with the rule, but she said in a very rude way, enjoying it and waiting for confrontation.

Not a reliable post office. The hours posted ON THE DOOR say they are staffed Saturday till 2pm. Today, 1/25/25 , temperature is 45 degrees, clear skys, no ice or snow on the ground. Yet at 12 noon, the partition for the counter staff is rolled closed. Nobody home... So much for the postal motto: "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds" They do not follow it AT ALL in this office

I’m rating this store 1 star on behalf of Melissa, the clerk working the front. As soon as I got in here, there was a women walking up to her to try and mail our 2 bags of belongings. She expressed to Melissa that she did not know what box to use as they bags were pretty large. Melissa has a disgusting attitude with a face that showed how miserable she was. Instead of talking like an adult or a worker, she chose to stare at the line behind the women and look back at her as to intimate her to move on. The women said “I’m sorry I just don’t know what I’m doing.” Melissa, I recommend you find another career if you can’t even get yourself to do the job you were hired to do.

Confusing hours; TERRIBLE delivery services. I bought a new cookbook that I was really excited about. USPS is delivering it. I receive an alert saying it’s been delivered. Knowing this is a LARGE spiralbound cookbook, I naturally check my front door. No package. Maybe my roommate grabbed it for me? No. Slowly, horrible realization dawned on me. “Surely they didn’t put a cookbook in my tiny, 5”x3” wide mailbox? Right?” Wrong. They FOLDED THIS 440 PAGE COOKBOOK ENTIRELY IN HALF!!! AND SHOVED IT INTO MY MAILBOX!!! I kid you not, I spent at least 3 minutes trying to UNWEDGE this book from the box. Thoroughly disappointed. Pictured was the most unbent I could get this book.
