Would give zero stars if I could. Credentials have been wrong on 3 of my last 4 orders. Went in to review and fix the order and the credentials in person. Never received a phone call to let me know my order was ready after over 3 months. When I called to follow up the order had not even been started because they weren't sure what credentials to use... but they never called to clarify and no one knows why. No one takes any responsibility for customer service and when there is a problem no one cares because no one is held accountable. There are no negative repercussions for any of this so why bother. This is consistently a terrible experience but they are the only place my employer will reimburse me for so I am using them ONLY because I have no other choice.

If no stars were an option I would have rated this business no stars. Dropped off jacket for embroidery 3 weeks ago was told 2 weeks. Have been very patient with them, caller again today and was told yet another week. The person answering the phone could not tell me where the jacket was or if it had even been picked up yet. When I told them if it wasnt done by wednesday I would need to pick it up bc at that point its been nearly a month and requested a refund the girl said ok and hung up on me. Very rude customer service every time I have been in, seems more concerned with chatting amongst themselves then helping customers. Would not recommend to anyone

I usually don't have any problems with this store. Today I drove 45 minutes to get there. The website said open until 6pm. I got there at 1:30. Apparently they wanted to close from 1:30 til 3:00 to watch the eclipse, which was not mentioned on the website. The owner was standing outside and was nice enough to let me go on in. As soon as I walked in one of the employees said "I thought we were closed". So I said I'm leaving. I wouldn't want to keep you. I spend a lot of money at this store buying scrubs. I hope that employee was worth losing a loyal customer. I won't be going back. And I will be sure to spread the word. SO VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought Scrubs here and they are reasonably priced. The staff is also flexible and nice. They also have changing rooms available for you to try on products before you purchase them.

The store could benefit from a larger scrubs selection. Other than that, it’s a good store with all that you need for your job that requires uniforms more or less.

Always had the scrubs I needed at a great price. The discount and payroll deduction was great. They have badge reels that you can get personalized as well.
