I contacted Asurion to replace the battery on my iPhone, but during the process, the technician damaged the screen’s LED, leaving me with distorted lines across the display. Now I’m stuck with a screen issue on top of the original battery problem—which still isn’t fixed. What should have been a simple battery replacement has turned into a bigger headache, and I’m currently waiting for Asurion to let me know what the next steps are and how long it will take to get this resolved.

The team knew what they were doing, gave me a quote that was far better than a NEW phone. I made an appointment to drop the phone off because I needed it for an extra day. Got it back within 2 hours and it's 100% on the battery. Can't be beat for price and service.

The employees were super kind and did everything they could to save my phone. Ultimately, my iphone ended up having a freak hard drive issue that was beyond repair and completely out of their control, but the team was super thorough, kind, and explained everything well. They made every effort to repair it in a timely manner, and I was not charged in the end. I also appreciate the front desk guy for staying kind and upbeat despite me getting a little frustrated about having to go back to work without my device on a day that I really needed it. I will be bringing my new device to them as well if it has any issues. I appreciate their time, kindness, and effort.

I thought I might have to replace my phone, but the problem turned out to be so easily fixed, they didn’t even charge. I thought I wasn’t able to reset my phone, but they did and that fixed it immediately. No charge and no issue with the random hassle. Very nice. All it cost was some of my personal pride as a phone owner.

I've really been trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt here, but I'm sick of realizing my tablet is broken in a new and fascinating way after having it "repaired" by these guys. First I take my tablet in to have some minor cracks repaired. I get it back in a very timely manner, but discover soon after that a quarter of the screen no longer works with my Apple Pen. I take it back, they say "oh jeez sorry", and fix the problem. I was pleased that they didn't charge me for this fix, as it was their screw-up. Lo and behold, though, a week after I get it fixed, the screen starts displaying flickering lines up and down the area of repair and the sensitivity is all messed up. It's only gotten worse since then. I would take it back to them, but this is the second time they've messed it up, so I'm just gonna bite the bullet and go to an Apple store or something.
