Had my sons iPad screen replaced and they returned all messed up. The screen was all popped up and the glue dried up outside the screen and all around the frame. To make matters worse the iPad turns off now by it self randomly when we didn’t have that issue even when the screen was cracked. I immediately took it back and the owner said “sorry, that’s the best I can do” BEWARE OF THESE GUYS.. NOT RECOMMENDED!

I busted up the screen on my 23Ultra. Called around and felt like this was the place I should use by the timing and pricing. I AM SO GLAD I DID.... He ordered the part and set up a time for dropping off the phone. Upon arrival, he explained the procedure, and a few hours later, the new screen.... He then showed me a self-healing screen cover... I was a little apprehensive about it but went ahead... Needed something on the new glass... Then, the next day, the screen got scuffed and marked some... I was pissed a d was going 2 take it back... Then the next morning it was gone..... Bammmmmmm, I am impressed and wowed and love it... (i got the anti-glare style..) I am a construction worker and hiking a lot... The screen and protector is still great after drops and bumps and falls ... I recommend this place and I personally will return for anything else that I may put my phone through...

The owner/boss is a great guy. They don't only fix phones and other electronics they have a variety of electronics and services. The crew he has is great. Had a few laughs while waiting on my phone and ended up purchasing some airpods and neat screen protector at a great price

Very uncaring when the quality of their products does not hold up. We have spent way too much money with this company to be ignored or treat it with sarcasm when we have a problem. For the record we have only had these phones for 6 months and I've had three installed already it's only the best if it's properly installed by a professional who actually does what they're supposed to do. I guess it would help if the employees weren't high or properly trained when they install its sad that they peel on the edges or have bubbles that form. Dont waste your time or money here it's not worth the time or disrespect you have to deal with . Very unprofessional!!!! Maybe if I didn't own multiple businesses or drive over the road with my trucking company I would have time to come back more than three times in 6 months to get it reinstalled or fixed.

My iPhone 12 turned into a brick earlier today. Wouldn’t power on, wouldn’t charge. Nothing. I brought it in to trust cellular at about 5:30 pm. They fixed it while I waited, and I was on my way by 6:00. It cost $40.00. In my mind a great deal considering that my only other option was to buy a new phone. They were also really nice people, which was a big bonus.

I brought in my iPhone six that would randomly shut itself off and wouldn’t charge beyond 3%. The price was a tad pricey but after hearing about that the parts they had used to repair my phone, it was well worth it. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and cordial as well as having supreme patience with me and my girlfriend. Their options for phone cases were also spectacularly varied, and they were very well priced. I would most definitely recommend everyone I come across to Trust Cellular, as well as having them solely work on my phone and future phones from here on out.
