I had to go to three different U-Haul locations. Due to a uhaul rep stating the original location didn’t have the hand trucks I needed. Upon arriving to the first location, they did not have the equipment I needed, when the uhaul rep ensured me at the athens ATL HWY location had the tools I needed. The general manager was able to call the store on NORTH AVE to ensure all of my equipment was ready. The manager stated that there was no curtesy call from the other location as well as, the dolly’s were 0 out in the system. I would suggest that if a location doesn’t have a product for a customer, don’t send them to another store that DOESNT have the tools necessary. It’s very frustrating when you are moving and have limited time. This ordeal took over an hour of my time and not to mention a waste of gas in my personal vehicle.

The uhaul wasn't cleaned at all had a bag of fast food and a empty beer can under the seat also a huge Crack in the windshield and spilled drink on the center seat
