I had an amazing experience working with Amy on picking out my tile. I'm not someone that naturally is inclined with home decorating so selecting tile was intimidating. I shared what I liked, what my space looked like and my budget. Amy went from there to get me to a very happy place. Will definitely be coming back here for any future tile needs and this is where I'll send anyone who asks. I completed two projects with both my kitchen backsplash and redoing my main shower. I've been here dozens of times. The staff is great. They always know where everything is and have even helped me figure out what product I should be using for specific applications. Great service and very friendly staff. Great selection of products and for the most part cheaper than floor and decor. They also carry Schlueter products which is what I typically install. 10/10! Keep up the great work guys!

This showroom will have you brimming with ideas for a remodel of your home, from traditional looks to wilder, more adventurous ones. We worked with Carolina, and she was very helpful. Do note that some items may not be immediately available as they require a special order.

Not sure what is going on at their Athens location but don’t expect to get any help go to Another location.. I never had a designer hang up and not take my payment for items I had a order number for

We were sent to Traditions in Tile by our builder to select our tile for our new house. This could have been a very stressful meeting since you want to make the right choices the first time. We met with Amy and couldn't have found a better designer. She had great options and selections that met our style and desires. She is knowledgeable, keen eye for style and most importantly she listens. Amy dedicated the time to make certain we saw all the potential schemes that were available to us for each room. Their selections and pricing for our budget worked out great. Could not be happier with this store. 😊

Pros and cons to this tile store. Pros: You can get professional advice Con: You aren’t really allowed to walk around and look... they give you options and ask questions and bring to you. Pro: You can make an appointment. Prompt response to any questions. Con: Expensive. The tiles I purchased could be bought on line for much less. What they consider “special order” I could purchase on Tiles Direct and multiple other places. Because it was special order... I have 3 unopened boxes I can’t return. Bought some tile at another store recently and could return all unopened, so that’s a drawback. Overall positive experience but not sure the pros outweigh the cons.
