My husband and I had an appointment with Karyn to view their tile selection - they were recommended by our contractor. We knew in advance we were looking for a Black & White pattern. Karyn helped us navigate their very large showroom by condensing the samples to only those with a Black & White pattern we might be interested in. We saw EXACTLY what we wanted. Karyn added that our choice was timeless and a classic - she was certainly correct. We've gotten more compliments on the flooring than any other product in our master bath renovation. We are very pleased. Since I insisted no construction was to start until all purchases were in, Karyn assisted by holding our tile until the contractor picked it up for installation. Wonderful selection w/ kind and patient staff. Picking out tile is a lot! Especially for a whole house. I highly recommend Traditions! Karin is wonderful. She listens patiently, makes great suggestions and keeps us in line for our budget. Make an appointment, as this isn’t the type of place that can be expected to accommodate walk ins per se: although they certainly try!

Absolutely love going to traditions in tile! Karyn is so kind and knowledgeable which makes the experience so much more pleasant! I am a designer and always bring my clients here to select tile. Karyn guides us in the correct direction, gives us rough pricing, etc which is so helpful and makes the process so seamless with my clients and I. I don't have one negative thing to say regarding Karyn or traditions in tile!

Although their showroom has great products their customer service is horrible. The lady sitting on the right in the front when you walk in is just straight up rude and spoke to me in a very condescending way. I came in the store twice and both times she he was so unfriendly. I would simply not buy from this store because I'd rather spend my money where people are actually friendly to me. This employee could use some extra customer service training. Also their communication doesn't seem the best. I had an appointment picked out tiles I liked and I never got a response to my questions, and tried to follow up multiple times. They simply just ignored my emails. Very unprofessional and unfriendly people. I dont leave many low reviews but this was a bad experience.

Was keen to pickup some tile, but No value in shopping here, there's NO pricing or if it applies on shower wet areas vs flooring areas vs kitchen and it's hard to tell what's in stock, asking for information seem to frustrate the customer service agent. They don't even follow up, the choice is very limited and dated compared to the other stores like Floor & decor. The very same tile patterns cost 10x here, vs floor and decor, for example the pricing here came out to be ~$9,310 and for the same pattern it , while at other places it was $970 at floor and decor, and $780 at home depot.

Karin Hampton helped us pick out tile for an entire house! She is personable, knowledgeable, and has great suggestions. Our primary bathroom is so incredibly beautiful and Karin guided us the whole way. She also suggested we tile all the way to the ceiling in the showers which is extra nice!

Agree with what many others have said here. Extremely disappointed in their customer service. We spent about 45 minutes walking around and saw 4 employees, none of which said a word to us. I had called earlier to say we would stop by, and while I did not make an appointment, no one offered to set one up while I was on the phone confirming their hours. Given the fact that this seems like a collaborative experience, and pricing is not shown on any of the products, it seems at least someone would offer help or let us know an expected wait time. Traditions in Tile appears to advertise a high quality product and experience, and it was disconcerting that not a single employee looked our way, welcomed us in, or offered assistance. It was very uncomfortable and I will not be going back. It is obviously a shared experience upon reviewers so I would consider an alternative location or business before coming here.

We highly recommend Karyn at Traditions! She was awesome to work with and had so many great ideas!!! I was actually sad when we finished the whole house! We are thrilled with the finished product, as well! We will always be a traditions customer as the quality and expertise cant be beaten elsewhere!
