I would give this tidal wave location five stars except for today. I wanted to share with the manager on duty what I thought might be helpful feedback. I spoke with one of the workers and asked to speak to the manager. After drying and vacuuming my car I still hadn't spoken to the manager, so I went back to the office. The manager was speaking to someone inside but stepped out to deal with a customer in the car wash line. As he was going back into the office I caught his eye and said I wanted to speak with him. He didn't even acknowledge me. I waited a while longer but he never came out. I feel like that's very poor customer service and I'm dissatisfied today. I am a monthly pass holder and frequent this car wash two to three times. I believe my feedback is important. Now my feedback has turned into a complaint.

Skyler and Michael were exceptional, extremely kind staff. I came here for a wash because I was getting the car prepped for sale. Michael and skyler personally went out of their way to help me touch up the car after the wash. Their customer service is exceptional, i will most definitely be coming back here. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for an excellent service.

I've been coming to this location for a couple years, the wash is nice and clean and effective but the staff is great. Good customer is rare these days and they have it. Chad and Micheal are awesome.

As someone who strives to keep their car clean, this has been the best experience. Car comes out looking way better than I would ever expect out of an automated car wash. It’s not perfect but it does in 5 minutes what usually takes me an hour. The only thing I have to do after a wash is hit my wheels to get them perfect.

We bring all of our vehicles from a local business to Tidal Wave on Lexington Road and I am always impressed with how good a job they do in getting them clean. We very seldom have to wait very long and the few times there has been an issue, they quickly correct it. Besides getting our vehicles clean, one of the main things that has always impressed me is their friendliness. Each one is smiling and letting you know they appreciate your business. For my personal vehicles I go to another car wash in Oconee and they do an excellent job but the guys just don't smile very much or let you know they appreciate you.

I scanned my card to enter the gate and drove around to the attendant that ran a scrub brush over the front of my car and directed me to the car wash. Another attendant ran a scrub brush over my windshield and had me put my car in neutral for the drive through the tunnel. A strong air blower blew off the water when I got to the end. I drove around to do my free vacuum in one of the many stations under a covered area. Very powerful vaccuums and carts with damp cloths and glass cleaner were provided as well. Both attendants that helped me were very friendly and made sure I knew where to go and what to do. The washing was good, but some cleaning off of the corners of the windows near the mirrors and on the wheels was needed because the brushes couldn't quite get everything off, but that's to be expected.

Bought the top wash $30. Car still dirty. Asked the closest employee walking around if that was the best the top Wash could do. He radioed another person who ran me through the wash again this time busting out my taillight only to be told they were not going to fix it or refund my money. Thanks for nothing

I really like this place. 29.99 a month. That's what I pay for the basic car wash. I can ride through as often as I want. Which is all you need. They have a nice clean area to park and finish your detailing to your own liking. They have clean tags for cleaning your windows as well as glass spray. I have my own things with me that I use to get a near professional detail.

Sorry folks but this company does not deserve a good review. They have a bait and switch method to sell you a subscription without telling the customer. Got stuck with a huge bill over 6 months by these people!
