I recently had an outstanding experience at Thomas Eye Center, and I can't recommend Dr. Thomas and his team enough! Dr. Thomas is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. He took the time to explain my eye exam results and discuss my options, which made me feel well-informed and confident in my choices. A special shoutout to Casey, who was instrumental in helping me find the perfect pair of sunglasses. Casey was patient and offered great suggestions that suited my style and needs. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic deal I got on a pair of progressive glasses. The selection was impressive, and the prices were very reasonable. Overall, my visit to Thomas Eye Center was exceptional. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. I've been going to Thomas Eye Center for a very long time and they are very hands on for making your visit a great experience. They always remind you about your appointment which is important for people with busy schedules and they streamline the check in process by you filling out the forms prior to the appointment. I never have to wait very long before taken through a comprehensive process prior to meeting the doctor. The doctors are thorough in your overall health assessment, which can also affect your vision, as in my case. I definitely recommend Thomas Eye Center as the staff and doctors are very friendly and thorough.

I have been coming here for years and recently had to move and experienced some complications with my prescription. They were so helpful and accommodating with assisting me over the phone and text even though I could not come in person. I honestly was not expecting my concerns to still be a priority since I am no longer a patient there, but they responded the same day and assisted me as much as possible without me coming in. I highly recommend Thomas Eye Center. My experience has always been wonderful!

Wow, what a wonderful experience. Everyone at this office was amazing. Emma was wonderful and really funny. Dr. Vetha knows her stuff. Right when I walked in, the front desk staff was on it. They were friendly and got me checked in without any fuss, which is always a good start. No awkward waiting around or feeling like you're bothering them. Then I moved on to picking out frames, and the sales team was actually really helpful. They weren't pushy at all, just offered solid advice and let me take my time trying on a bunch of options. They clearly knew their inventory and what might suit me, which was appreciated. And the optometrist was great. The exam felt thorough but not rushed, and they answered all my questions clearly. It felt more like a conversation than a lecture, which I prefer. Overall, everyone I interacted with at Thomas iCare was genuinely decent and helpful. It made the whole experience pretty painless, and I walked out feeling good about my new glasses. Definitely a place I'd recommend if you're looking for eye care without the usual hassle.
