Always such great customer service here! I don't go in too often, but when I do it's to grab a pack or 2 of Alani. Recently they had a great deal of buy 1 get 1 half off. Of course stocked up. Employees are always helpful when I ask a question about restock and availability of a flavor I'm looking for.

Never was able to order the supplements I needed. Used the chat function to try and get help. They were nice but could not help. The 3rd time the chat function wouldn't assign me a person. I had a coupon and kept trying for two and a half days with two different browsers and still unable to order. Your point of sale function was not working and your team was unable to help. This was a terrible experience.
