The location is super convenient, but some of the staff could definitely benefit from customer service training. Unfortunately, Robert’s demeanor consistently comes across as dismissive and unwelcoming toward certain customers (particularly some of us, if you know what I mean). It’s disappointing, especially in a diverse community.

The store is clean and the staff training is going at pace. The problem is you have no phone service IN the store so if you are returning something with the code on your phone, you have to go outside to find it where there is service and walk back in to show the logo to the manager/employee. Please fix this.
