You guys are packed usually there’s a line so it best to get there right after opening hours. Even then I can have a speedy checkout. The lines actually move. They’re polite and tech savvy and experienced making the experience something to look forward too! Thank you for all that you do!

I went to this location to have my documents printed and laminated for the first time. The UPS Print store at the Alps Road location could not execute it, because their lamination machine was down. This location printed and laminated the documents, but they are very light and flimsy. Mind you, I paid $92.88 for 27 copies. I took them home and compared them. The quality of the plastic is mediocre compared to the other UPS store. I called and spoke with the young man who told me that was the only plastic that they carried. I just wanted my documents to be laminated with thick plastic. He told me that there was nothing that he could do. My $93 has gone down the drain! Avoid this location at all costs!!

I paid $61.00 to ship my Grandchildren Easter gifts - it arrived damaged and now one of my grandbabies won’t have their Easter!! I will NEVER USE THIS SERVICE OR STORE AGAIN!!

I wouldn’t even give them a star but had to to do a review CONSUMER ALERT!!! Neither package that I purchased was delivered on time and couldn’t even track the package after I was given a tracking number. Called the store to see if they could assist and spoke to the most rudest person that has never been trained on customer service and basically told me , oh well you chose this service and there’s nothing I can do for you One package had original documents sent to a federal agency (I paid extra for Priority mail) the other for my granddaughters birthday, also priority and was basically told oh well , you chose what you chose and there is nothing we can do about it!!! CONSUMER ALERT. USE FEDEX FOR ALL YOUR MAIL/PACKAGING SERVICE. THIS STORE WILL MISLEAD AND NOT BE HELPFUL AT ALL TRYING TO RESOLVE ISSUES THAT THEY SOLD TO YOU #WORSTDELIVERYSTOREEVER# Take your business to a reputable company (FEDEX #1) Very irritated customer You think it won’t happen to you until it happens to you Paula

If I could give them zero stars I would. I went to this location to make sure I had Tracking Information for a death insurance policy because I was sending a Death Certificate to the Insurance Company and other private information. The USPS in Georgia has been terrible for the last year so I felt going the extra mile to have it sent UPS with tracking was the way to go so I would have a tracking number. I am OCD so I know I made that clear to the person sending my private information. YET when I called today to find out why the number that I was typing in was NOT a Tracking Number, the person said “oh that was just a $3.12 stamp and can’t be used to verify delivery.”🫤 Very disappointed then when I said I know what I asked for, he claims that I would’ve had to agree to the purchase?? LOL I agreed thinking I was getting a $3.12 letter tracking. I could’ve spent two stamps at USPS to send it the normal way vs $3.12 IF that is what I wanted. He said “people do that all the time”. 😑 Useless. I will use FedEx next time, maybe they will know the correct packaging to send.

Damn! This guy is good! Pinnacle of customer service. He was super-helpful over the phone. He was also super-helpful in person. He walked me through my exchange and label printing. I'm glad this location opened up. It's closer to where we live. I wish I would have remembered his name so I could put it here and credit him properly. I suck at remembering names. I'm assuming it is the same guy mentioned in the other review.

Drew was amazing. Took time to show me the different grades of paper stock he had. I was looking to print fliers for a car show sponsored by a local Fire Department. Price was right. Drew was an all star.
