This is a very OK UPS Store. I would have given 2.5 stars if I could, but I went with 2-stars after looking at other reviews and seeing that my experience seems to not have been just a one off. I've never had any serious issues here, however, I have to speak about some experiences I've personally had that align with the uncaring and somewhat immature nature of the employees at this branch that others have also experienced. Particularly, I went in there one day, and saw an employee literally TOSSING packages into a pile behind the desk (I'm not talking 1 or 2 -- closer to 5 or 6). When I approached the desk, I said "this package is fragile, please regard it as such." They seemed to treat the package well, but it made me a little bit worried about dropping packages off there. Then, today I had a conversation over the phone with an employee -- not awful, but still didn't leave a pleasant taste in my mouth. Particularly, I spoke to the employee about how I dropped off 3 packages -- 2 USPS and 1 UPS -- the other day. 1 of the USPS packages has already been delivered, but the other one wasn't even scanned. I think an acceptable response would have been "unfortunately, we don't scan USPS packages, so you may be better off calling USPS about that one." Instead, the response I got was "I don't work at USPS. I can't make any guarantees about USPS packages. This is UPS. For USPS packages you have to call USPS." This, in my opinion, is pretty distasteful and, at the very least, slightly disrespectful, even if that wasn't the intention. I know that UPS isn't USPS (obviously), but since you all accept USPS packages, my question wasn't out of line. I think the staff at this UPS are relatively inexperienced/young, and that may have something to do with it, but I think it would do well if management came in and, perhaps, retrained some of their employees on handling customers and their packages. Not all of my interactions with this UPS branch have been poor, but these stick out more to me than any 'above and beyond' experiences, so I do think they need to be addressed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge thank you to the UPS team—especially the gentleman with locks who helped me notarize my motor vehicle paperwork today. He was efficient, professional, and got everything done quickly with zero issues. I was in and out with no stress. Give this man a raise! Service like his makes a big difference. Appreciate you!

The UPS store on alps has a great staff. They are always helpful and attentive no matter what the situation. I have had three trips to this store and each time I've left with a positive feeling about everything.

Firstly, this location is always very busy. I've been here many times and the staff is quite helpful even when busy. A big public thank you to Chelsea who made a recent laege and stressful print up so much easier.

A friend needed to get fingerprinted for a job application so she was sent to this location. They told her that it would be about an hour wait and they would give her a call when ready. About 15 minutes later she received a call stating that they were ready to see her. She went back got her fingerprints done and it was a smooth process for that.

I only had to drop off a prepaid package so I did not stay for long but noone seemed to be cheerful or willing to help. The lady that took my package simply just said "Do you need help?" Which you might think is nice but I was very obviously standing at the counter waiting for someone to take my package. Store was clean and location was okay but as far as staff, I think it is functional and that is about it.

The parking here is horrible. I ended up parking farther away than the store is. The attendant is a bit rude, probably because he was the only one there. Very busy for 11 am on a Friday with only one person.

Love this place! Employee Marcel has been a solid guy, helping me to figure out complicated shipments of artwork on a regular basis. I especially appreciate having a postal box here as well, saving me a trip downtown. Great service all the way around!!

I ordered a package to the UPS store and went to pick it up. I was informed that a staff member had given my package to someone else without checking their ID and they would need a manager to process a reimbursement for me. I haven’t heard anything back and it’s been days. I’ve even called and left two voicemails as well as emailed. I would not recommend this store or their package pickup service.
