Will never use this location or ups again, put the wrong address down after I told them 3 times and wrote it down and then told me it was my fault that I should have double checked it. Important package took a week to get to the place. This is a customer service business and a refund should have been issued, manager told me it was both our faults lol clowns. Fed ex here I come.

Hours are wrong. Says they’re open on Sundays online until 4pm, but got to the location and they’re closed.

Do not come here to print documents! It is not self serve printing, so you have to wait for the staff to work on your print job in between helping other customers. Would’ve appreciated a warning that printing a 1 page document takes 45 minutes because I would have left and gone elsewhere and saved myself a ton of time. FedEx has self serve printing — go there for your print jobs. Or better yet, support bel jean — a locally owned print shop downtown.

Jamie, Store Manager at UPS store on Epps Bridge Pkwy, Athens, GA, listened to my concerns about mailing a fragile, challenging folk art chicken from GA to MO! She assured me that they would take very good care of Chicken. My friend let me know when she received the package, said it took her 15 minutes to unwrap it. It was in perfect condition! WAY TO GO, JAMIE, AND UPS TEAM!

My review is because I emailed asked about printing services prices and times. They said send the file and they would let me know. Three hours later I go in because no response and while I’m standing there the younger blonde girl says I just emailed you back and I said okay well I’m standing here and she said no , you have to reply to the email before we can start. Apparently me saying yes was not sufficient. Then she proceeded to complete my order but was obviously annoyed that I thought was ridiculous.
