Make sure you take a look at return policy before ordering. They do not offer refunds only store credits. I don’t feel as if this is in the best interest of the customer especially ones who don’t live in the area. Would not recommend.

Love the clothes from The Red Dress Boutique, but their shipping time is HORRIBLE!!! Takes over a week for them to ship your items out and then another 3-4 days before you receive it. And it costs $8.95!! The timeframe and price are both ridiculous.

I absolutely love this boutique. I order from here at least once a month! Their return policy has been updated and is very reasonable. Also with my first order I received a high quality tape measure and a personalized note from the staff. I get numerous compliments on the items I buy. Sidenote: I also LOVE getting inspiration from the outfits they put together. 10/10! Love this local shop!

I love the Red Dress Boutique and have been shopping here for the last 5 years. They have the cutest clothes, run awesome sales, and their customer service is phenomenal. I have never visited their actual shop location, but every order I have placed online has been flawless. The owner, Diana Harbour has built this boutique from the ground up and is a smart, kind, and strong businesswoman! Not afraid to stand for what she believes in and is always launching new and innovative ideas. Each employee I have interacted with from their customer service department has always been so helpful and sweet. In fact, I want to share a screenshot from an email conversation a few years ago that always sticks out in my mind. I was stalking the RDB page patiently waiting for this top I was in love with to go back in stock in my size. I went back and checked every day, and then one day the listing wasn't there anymore. I reached out to RDB asking if it will be restocked, and Kimberly got back to me and said they were sold out of all sizes and weren't planning on relisting, but she would keep an eye out for my size if it came in on a return. I'm not sure if Kimberly works there anymore, but if she does tell her she's awesome and I always think about how sweet she was. And I still love my top and wear it all the time!

This place is okay at best. Not much selection and a HORRIBLE return policy. No returns after 14 days even with receipt and tags on— and even if you do manage to get store credit it will expire after 90 days. Way better boutiques in Athens don’t waste your time here.

I was really excited to shop their online ware house sale and was on their website the minute it started. After putting a jacket in my cart and spending another 45 mins shopping on the site, my total was well over $100. I went to check out and the jacket that I had put in my cart had been sold. Putting something in your cart to buy should mean it is already yours. I was SO upset. The jacket was the only thing i really wanted. I was not happy and did not buy anything from Red Dress.
