Sai was exceptionally kind and patient. I was on a budget today and she found a fragrance that I LOVED and that was in my price range. This was my first time in the store but it will not be my last. Well earned 5 stars.

TOTAL SCAMMERS!!! They charged me $85 for a $34 bottle of cologne! I bought 2 bottles of cologne and when I got home, I decided to price check vs the web. A little markup was expected, say $20. But $50!!! No way. When I returned the next day with the unopened package, the young lady said no exchanges/no refunds. I looked around the store for notice of this policy. There was none. She then points to small writing on the bottom of my receipt. To which I replied “you make people buy first before you put in small print on the bottom of the long receipt that there’s no exchanges/no refunds? Does that make sense to you?” She basically had no reply. I said that coming back within 24 hours with an unopened package should not be a problem. And of course there was no manager on site and they refuse to give me the manager’s contact number. And leaving a message with the store led nowhere. This place is trash! If they were a reputable company, they would have no problem doing exchanges or refunds for unopened product.
