Office staff are fabulous to work with very accommodating, patient and understanding. I would have preferred the installers be more conscientious of their work, so I didn't have to call back and have them take care of a lump left in the carpet from something on the subfloor.

This company came in 2 years ago and put wood doors in the whole house for 7k. The dining room has started coming apart and separating. They were supposed to fix the flooring before they laid it (subfloor) they did not do it. I called them and someone came out to look at it and gave an estimate of 10k which I thought was wrong they should fix it but because it has been 2 years almost they want fix it. Since the guy has Came out more and more are separate or coming apart. We are going with another company.

We started our process of putting wood floors into our bedroom and changing our upstairs stairway to wood. We decided after many different scenarios to go with Lewis flooring. The gentleman that came out to measure for the company was Jason, he is actually the one that convinced us to go with Lewis flooring as his professionalism and his friendliness, and his knowledge was outstanding. He’s a great representative for this company and we highly recommend this company. The products are top notch. All of the work was done in one day. We could not ask for better service and they worked with us to make sure that we had the right product for us.

My parents used this company to put wood flooring and carpet in a few rooms of their house and spent approximately 3k to have it done. This was about 2 years ago and tomorrow another company is coming in to put another wood floor down because the other one is coming up and someone is going to have to come and stretch the carpet to get it fitting right. I would highly suggest to anyone NOT to use this company! Older couples are on a fixed income and having to do this again because it wasn’t done right the first time is absurd!!
