So what do you do on a Saturday when you local bike shop is temporarily closed & you really really wanna ride?? You get on the phone and call the "nearest" qualified bike shop. Yep I was in Conyers and the The Hub Bicycles is in Athens. I called & talked to Jim. My fix was simple, but it was a busy Saturday and I just knew I'd have to leave my bike for the repairs.... Was I ever wrong, Jim said he'd get me in & out as soon as he could. When I arrived Jim recognized my name & my bike's issues. Not only did he get me back on the road faster than I imagined, but he educated me about the issue and how to prevent them going further! I highly recommend The Hub, Jim & his customer service oriented crew!! They were well worth the drive!!

I rented a mountain bike from the Hub during a trip to Athens to visit my brother. Excellent communication and service before, during, and after my rental. Jim and Sarah took the time to make sure my bike was ready and to answer any questions that I had about riding in the area. Highly recommended shop that is well stocked and clean and beautiful right in the heart of downtown Athens. Chapeau!

I love this place! I don’t know anything about bikes at all and I needed help putting my front wheel back on my back. I realized that I was missing a part. I went to purchase one at Hub. They were beyond helpful!! The cashier/front desk lady asked me for help and guided me to what part I needed. Then the store owner (I think), found the part gave it to me and sent me on my way. It was so fast. They were beyond nice. They are super knowledgeable about bikes. All around great experience and they really know how to take care of their customers!

Sarah was AWESOME to work with on Saturday. She helped this 'bike novice' get set up with the appropriate bike & accessories. Great customer service and very knowledgeable employees! I needed bike repairs to my electric bike and they kept me updated with the progress. I plan to purchase a road bike from them as a gift and they have walked me through the types and differences to make sure I was getting what I needed! I don’t live that close to the shop but because of the service, they are my go to place for my biking needs.
