Had a good experience at the store. Tori was super friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and made sure the fit was perfect. I noticed a big improvement in comfort right away. If your feet ever feel tired or sore, I’d definitely check them out. The price is on the higher end so I would suggest keeping that in mind. (About $700+ for one insert)

Myself and my husband went for the free foot check day. His appointment was for 12 noon, and mine was for 12:15pm. Tori was very knowledgeable and friendly and she had a great personality. We were under the impression that we were just getting our feet checked out. I did not expect to feel pressured to make an almost $4,000 purchase. After we informed Tori that we could not pay that much for the products her attitude became flat, and uninterested. It just makes me sad. Just be kind regardless of the gains and losses. Kindness is free.

Great experience this past week with the staff! They took their time with me, explained themselves very clearly and really imparted a wealth of knowledge to me. From the time I walked in to the time I left, I was treated respectfully and not like I was just “another customer”. The products they sell are fantastic, very well made and there was no “hard sell”. They provided me with options that might fit my budget and answered all my questions. I am highly recommending this business and location.

Wow. I was really surprised. It actually went above my expectations. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and knows his job. They are not pushy. But they let try on to feel the difference you will explain everything to you. The are costly but definitely worth the money for the comfort.
