It’s no way I was told to come in by 1:20 I made it at 1:17 it is now 2:01 and the cell phone people never came I sat in the store until the only worker that’s was there left. And whomever the manager is told her put a sign on the door saying she will be here in ten mins now it’s 2:15 and still no show this is ridiculous service

If I could give negative stars I would. I just got my phone fixed 2 weeks ago and now my phone has lines on them and sometimes it shuts off and will not cut on. First of all when I called and asked how much it would be they told me 115 dollars but after he fixed my phone it sky rocketed to 190 and now my phone does not work properly!!!!! Do not come here

I brought in my phone for a cracked screen and he ended up trying to grind a screen that didn't fit my phone. The new screen also cracked and now my phone gets over heated and turns off. I had to buy a new phone. He and his wife are horrible people and started yelling at me when I told them that the husband ruined my phone. Very terrible experience and business. This is a warning not to take your phone to this so- called business!

We had a horrible experience. The guy who worked on the phone put the wrong screen on and it was very dark and he couldn't glue it right.The screen kept coming off and cracked. We were unable to use the phone. Very terrible service! We had to buy a new phone and the owners were verbally abusive and very rude horrible!

If I could give it zero stars I would because I called the store and got told it was $200 plus tax to replace my screen and went to the store and they told me oh it’s actually $499 plus tax. And also they run this out of a beauty shop.

Absolutely top top top service. About two years ago in the fall of 2020 there used to be a different phone repair store opposite the road where TCPG currently is located. I had fixed my phone screen there at the time for a decent fee but I could tell the quality of the fix and the screen replacement wasn’t top notch. The new screen displayed a tint of blue making everything look slightly darker and less colorful. I recently went to this store to fix my screen again and this time the replacement was perfect. Screen shining bright like I just bought it and for a great price. My new go-to store for any other fix I have as long as I’m in the area.

I had a fantastic experience with the Cell Phone Guys. I needed a new phone because my dog destroyed my old phone. I did not want to pay a fortune for a new phone so I went to the Cell Phone Guy for a refurbished phone. I got a great phone for a great price as well as a case and protective glass. Their customer service was terrific. Both guys I dealt with were so nice and it shows they really want to be know for their customer service. I even got a discount because I had to wait for a little while! I highly recommend this place and these guys.

This place is awesome! I worked with Caleb and he was so great! He was polite, knowledgeable, and honest. He was able to evaluate my issue in a timely manner and recommend the best course of action. If you have a phone that needs to be repaired or just a general repair question, I definitely recommend "The Cell Phone Guy"!

Quick service with friendly staff! The repair technician was polite and professional while the manager helped me find out what I needed at a great price. I had went to the CPR cell phone repair on w Clayton and when they couldn't help me, I happened upon this wonderful place. If I have any technology related repair needs in the future I will surely come back to The Cell Phone Guy. The staff was so respectful and my repair was done in as little as 45 minutes. I will recommend to anyone to try here first, and save themselves a lot of time and money!

I've been to a couple cell phone repair places in Athens and this is hands down the best. I went in asking for a battery replacement and he told me it would be 20 minutes. Mind you, this man had like 6 other phones in front of him. Truly impressed. I came back 30 minutes later and he told me he had it ready 10 minutes after I left. Definitely going back here if I need another repair. Highly, highly recommend.
