IUD removal was fine initially, but the nurse practitioner is rarely available and staff are hit-or-miss. Younger staff just take messages, while one older receptionist is rude and cuts you off. Every 3 months my pharmacy can’t get a refill because the provider won’t respond, and they brushed off my concerns about delays messing with my cycle/hormones. I had to pay extra for a telehealth visit just to stay on track. Switching providers. Would not recommend.

Love this place. Always super professional and friendly. I've always left with all my questions answered regardless of which provider I met with, and all my needs met. Also it's just a very cute little office with a nice porch. I've never had to wait long either.

Dr. Ashford and his staff are highly professional in what they do. I have never experienced such amazing bedside manners and respect for my privacy and the attention to details for my needs and care. They are all so informative about their approaches ( procedures, anesthesia etc.) and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and as pain free as possible. Thank you for what y'all do! Highly recommend them!

I always have such a lovely experience at the Ashford Center. The team is so kind and accommodating, and I always feel extremely comfortable in every situation whether I am by myself or my husband is with me. One time, they got me in on short notice one day when I was dealing with pain. They were supposed to go home early that day but stayed to get me in which was so helpful. I will always recommend this practice!

I appreciate the NP handling a new issue while I was there, allowing me to avoid making another appointment with my PCP. The staff were very friendly from start to finish at my first appointment. I wish I wrote down all my questions beforehand so I didn’t forget to ask certain things. My physician was very professional and spent a great amount of time going through my history and giving me all the options up front. I hope to continue coming back and turning some of my concerns satisfied. I lastly appreciate the offer to call me in October to check my status before coming back in. The entire staff is very nice and always helpful.

Aubrey is the absolute best! My first appointment she took the time to explain the different hormone imbalances that may be causing my acne. my insurance no longer covers the ashford center but I still choose to pay out of pocket because of the great care they provide.
