I had a great experience at the mobile store inside Walmart! Kay did an amazing job — very professional, polite, and extremely humble. His customer service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend you stay away from the TECHY repair store. I went in to get my iPhone 15 Pro’s screen repaired (the screen being a 120hz AMOLED display), and after 3 weeks, 3 different visits, and 5 different screens, they still continued to put on the wrong screen and then claimed “I was wrong.” I’m a computer science minor, have built multiple computers, and know the difference between all the mainstream screen types (twisted nematic, vertical alignment, in plane switching, liquid crystal, and active matrix organic light emitting diode) alongside refresher rate. The first 2 screens were 60HZ, the third was an LCD display (my Snapchat was GREEN) and the fourth and fifth were some low quality, AMOLED-type display (shown in the picture posted, the screen on the left is the one they said was “exactly like apples,” the one on the right is the same phone and screen). On top of all of this, Kay was rude, kept interrupting me and changing his words, and kept insisting I was wrong. Do not go to TECHY if you value your money.

I’ve seen how many difficult and angry customers come in, asking for everything under the sun and getting upset over stuff that’s not even your fault 😅 – but you all still stay calm, polite, and super professional. Kay, you're especially awesome – always patient, helpful, and kind no matter what. It’s not easy dealing with people all day (especially the not-so-nice ones), but you handle it like a pro. This man in here does not know what he is doing! He can’t fix nothing. We came in to get my son’s home button fixed only , now it will not even charge or turn on. The phone gets really hot! When we bring the phone in the guy so called tech blames all the new problems on us saying it would not turn on and it was getting hot before he touched it. That is a lie. My son was the phone otw here. My son spent his first paycheck to get his phone fixed and now we have to get him a new because they won’t fix it or can’t ! Do not ever bring your phone to this place.
