Leaving the store now, and I’m really upset. I was on a phone call and as I walked by the cashier on lane #5 had to make a comment to the cashier next to her about my conversation. Self checkout was closed so I went to guest services to checkout because I was so upset that I didn’t trust myself to not go off on her. The lady at guest services rang me out but gave me an attitude about it when I told her what happened. You would think employees would make more of an effort to not insult customers considering Target’s declining sales. I should just return everything and get what I need from somewhere else. They won’t be getting my money ever again.

My frozen blueberries story. About 2 weeks ago, all their refrigerator and freezers went down as a result of power surge or such! I came back 10 days later and they were fixed but inventory was scarce. The app said they had my blueberries in stock so I came back. No blueberries! This morning I called to double check when I checked app and said they were in G15. They said yes they were there. So I made the 20 minute drive from Eastside to find out they weren’t on shelves. I asked for the manager and he checked in the back and said they were probably in the back but he couldn’t get to them!?! I asked if they could deliver them and said yes but when he went to do that, he said not possible because they were frozen?! Their only option was to drive to Winder?!? They need to update app to be more reliable and follow through when one calls! The manager was professional but that didn’t help me walkout without my blueberries AGAIN!

I wish I could rate it far below zero. I went to buy men's briefs and tshirts today. I've never seen a place so totally trashed. Most of the shelves were empty, not a single brand in my style had a large, which seems to be a normal size. Packages were on the floor, some were ripped open, others were still on the racks but were split. I've shopped there many times before but it was so badly a disaster area that I seriously couldn't believe my eyes.

I have two target team members to commend. The first is. Jorvy in the Optical department. I purchased the nNuance hearing aid glasses about three weeks ago and had them on a 30 day trial. I think they’re a great idea but they just didn’t work out for me as my hearing problem is more profound I think than they were meant to help. I worried that Jorvy might give me a hard time when I returned them, but he was super nice about it. I will definitely be a customer of the optical department For my glasses in the future. My second accolade goes to Sabrina at the customer service desk. She helped my husband with an issue he had it with a Target gift card. She was so patient and I can’t say enough good things about her attitude and willingness to to help.

After visiting Walmart ( aka The Empty Shelves store) we left empty handed and proceeded over to Target where we found everything we needed. I'm asking myself why patronize Walmart when Target is your one stop shop. All of the shelves were well stocked with plenty of choices in each item. The store was clean. The checkout lines were long but they moved quickly.

They don’t stock their own brand of mop replacement heads and I can’t order them unless I spend $35. Can’t wait to see this company file for bankruptcy
