My phone was swelling in the case. I took it to this T-mobile and Glenn was very helpful. Told me it was my battery and told me where I could take it to be fixed. Very knowledgeable about all phones and plans. Love our t -mobile plan for older people. It has not gone up and hasn't changed. Thanks T- mobile.

Just visited the store and Olana and Quay (might’ve misspelled those) really helped me out. It was a pretty simple issue with my phones SIM card acting up, but the customer service was as great. They both greeted me when I walked in, and were very informative and responsive in getting my phone working again. Definitely would come back again if I ever have any issues.

I went in to get a transfer pin for my cell phone and immediately Glenn was very rude and loud with me stating that it was on Verizon to get a transfer pin I had to call support because he refused to get Isabella the general manager who’s very nice by the way and he was also very rude to support . T-Mobile do better and FIRE GLENN

My family and I were extremely impressed with the staff and management at this location. Kevin and Megan went over and beyond with helping my father, husband, and I set up a new account, new phones, helping multiple times with old phones, and internet service. Kevin has the patience of a Saint, and answered our million questions. I am so happy that I decided to leave Verizon after 20 years and make the switch to T Mobile. Customer Support has also been great!
