Benton and Anna were extremely competent and helpful. I went in after being on the phone with customer service all day (which had been very unhelpful) and they were able to answer my questions and help fix the issue within thirty minutes in store.

Matt acted in bad faith and purposefully hid information from me so i couldn't make an informed decision. Only found out later when I researched online and found out the lies and manipulation. Won't be returning to this location. Not telling someone all the options when they ask for them and purposefully misleading them is theft. More on this below.. but.. Also, When I was in there Wednesday night there was someone there making a complaint and the other salesperson said that the manager was out for 48 hours and they would have to call them but they couldn't ask for the manager directly, that the salesperson had to be the intermediary. Then Friday morning I'm told by the manager to reach out after i initially wrote about my experience, so I emailed. He asked me to call him to talk about the issue. (Seems he was in sooner than 48 hours after all).. I asked if i needed an extension, he said no call and ask for me. 14 minutes later I called.. a girl answers and says he's in a meeting, then that same other salesman from the other day talks over her and says oh no he's out for the day. So I email back and say well I tried to call but they said you were out for the day.. a couple hours later I get another email saying no I was in a meeting go ahead and call back.. this was at 6:01. I saw when I got home from work around 6:30. I call back and they answer and say oh he's out. Why tell someone to call if you have all your employees gatekeep you? Makes no sense. But they lied to the people in the store Wednesday night about 48 hours and they lied to me. As far as the manipulative techniques and theft from Matt.. I decided to switch from Verizon hoping for a better user experience. Was tired of getting nickle and dimed with iffy coverage. When I came in I told Matt that I was interested in keeping my phone since it was paid off already and fairly new and was tired of paying the high prices at Verizon so I wanted to hear about their plans. He asked how much I was paying at Verizon and he told me just that their plans would be about the same (my Verizon plan was 85 but with add ons like insurance came to 110). So he tells me that the plan they have is 100 a month plus 18 for insurance and some other charges but I get a new phone and they'll give me 1000 for my current one in rebates. That's all he says when I asked to hear about their plans. So I start talking to him about this as this is the ONLY option he said they had. I then had to really push him to say is this really the only option? So he reluctantly started to tell me about an 85 dollar plan option and acted annoyed with me for asking and got an attitude. So the next day I do research and realize when I asked for all the plans, he withheld all of them but the most expensive. And other little things. Yesterday I was told 1000 I would get for my phone, then today I spoke with another guy who said "well it could be 800 that we give you". I also was told 8 dollars / month for the difference in phone price yesterday and today was told 11/ month. The problem is you cannot make an informed decision if all the other information is intentionally hidden. I was never given all the information. It was manipulative and dishonest. I know it's about commission too as he told me he was printing two copies of the receipt as he needed a copy for himself to turn in. If the service is worse than Verizon and I'm paying more im going to be absolutely furious. Not a good first experience. The behavior I saw is at best grossly manipulative and dishonest and at worst downright illegal. I'll be reporting my experience to all the agencies I can and then washing my hands of it and moving on. I live my life in an honest way so it shocks me when I come across this amount of deceit. I'm glad I hold myself to a different standard. But, lesson learned. If you decide to go to this location, make sure you know all the information for yourself as its possible (if not likely) you will also be lied to or manipulated. Also, apparently the manager has the ability to be in 2 places at once. Wild skill 😂

This is the first T-Mobile store that we have found that actually cares about the customer. Nick helped us upgrade our phone. He took the time to listen to what we needed and made recommendations but no pressure. We had tried this at other stores but were made to fill like we didn't matter unless we were going to change plans and buy a $2000 phone. We didn't mind changing plans or buying the $2000 phone if that is what we needed. Nick again listened and helped us thru the upgrade.

Keep in mind, MY PHONE IS STOLEN so I can’t verify and they are still charging me as we speak for a phone I don’t have!! Highly recommend someone different no T-Mobile!!!!!

If you have autopay make sure to check your bill monthly because these associates do not know what they are doing and then blame it on the system

I had a phone situation and I thought my carrier, Mint Mobile, would be compatible with T-Mobile devices. Turns out the SIM cards are completely separate even though Mint is owned by T-Mobile. The T-Mobile associate, Keith, was extremely helpful. He spent a bit of time on the phone with Mint Mobile getting me an E-SIM, he worked through the options for me to solve my issue, and in general he was a highly professional expert.
