I can’t say enough about the horrible service we just got. I was not able to pick the wash I wanted due to a person at the kiosk not allowing me to. I wanted just an economy wash before I return a vehicle to someone who let me borrow it. And the guy at the kiosk would not allow me to pick economy for $10. He said the lowest they were offering was the basic which was $17. I asked why and he scoffed at me and said because we were offering a different package (I can’t remember the name) for $29. I said, I should go somewhere else if I just want a cheaper wash? And he said good, gladly. And then laughed. So next time I need a car wash it will not be at this place. The was for $17 did not clean very well either. I ended up needing to hand washing the truck after. I’m so disappointed in the service and quality there.

The whole process was quick and did a great job of cleaning my car! The machine did a solid job, no leftover spots or missed areas. The dryers worked well too, so I didn’t have to towel off afterward. The car wash even supplied us with free towels to use! It’s a convenient option when you’re short on time but still want your car looking good. This is my favorite car wash in Athens!

Don’t waste your time here, they tried to scam me. First time i came, an employee insisted the cheapest option was their $17 monthly subscription. I asked about the $10 basic wash listed in the menu, but he said they no longer offered that deal. The second time i came, i got the basic wash, but there were no towels to be found anywhere to clean the inside of my car. After asking, they said they’d grab some, but after waiting 10 more minutes, i left. I’m incredibly frustrated with the employees here, I suggest finding somewhere else to go.

I went about a month ago and a girl helped me when I pulled in after I told her it was my first time. I believed the wash as $10 and gave her my card. She plugged it in and told me I’m good. When I got home I noticed I was charged $20 and thought maybe I read it wrong and moved on. Today I was just charged another $20. The girl I thought was helping me actually signed me up for a monthly subscription.

The wash was pretty good! Didn't get everything but the trees at my house leave quite a bit of sticky sap so they did pretty well considering that! They workers were friendly and efficient!

On September 7th around 10am I was scammed at this car wash. I was selecting my car wash when two employees sprinted up and took over the kiosk without me asking. The staff would not let me select my own car wash and lied to me, saying that the $10 Economy option was no longer "programmed" into the system--despite signs everywhere advertising it. They were rude and cancelled my order multiple times when I tried to select the Economy car wash, forcing me to select a different car wash. I know they lied to me because I emailed their support email and Jennifer from their Texas office told me on September 9th that they do offer the Economy option. She ignored my request for a refund. This place was great for many years but now it's a complete scam. I have no interest in ever returning.

I showed up for my first time here, as I was given a coupon for a free wash. The employees had a negative attitude, and my car left dirtier than before it went in. Half of the vacuums at the end also did not have any suction as well. My boss has a membership here and recommended it, but I definitely won’t be returning after the experience that I had. Edit: (even after the owner responding and asking me to reach out, it has been a week and they have still not responded)

Great and friendly service Mr. Jackson took care of me with explaining different wash plans to meet my needs. They had plenty of clean stations rags, and clean bottles to go around and the vacuums are perfect. Unlike some places I have went some places can always do a good car wash, but it’s the vacuums that really impressed me. Thank you all again for y’all’s friendly service.!!
