I truly don't have the words for how amazing my experience was here. I haven't ridden a bike in around 20 years. I wanted to get back into it with my daughter. The staff here took care of everything. They were friendly, inviting, knowledgeable and didn't make me feel dumb. They told me everything I needed to know and all took turns giving me their advice. One member of the staff spent time with my daughter in the parking lot showing her how to ride. They truly went above and beyond. I will never go anywhere else for my cycling needs. Love this bicycle shop. Jimmy has a great shop with lots of bikes in stock. He also has special events. I went to one of his events where he had a clinic on bike preventative maintenance and also how to change a rear wheel flat. Elizabeth from Liv bikes put the clinic on. She did a great job keeping it simple but explaining how to stay safe on a ride. I bought a bike from the Watkinsville’s store about a month ago and have been extremely happy with the bike. The bicycle workshop was a nice event to attend. It was very informative and fun to attend.
