Very welcoming environment! Coaches are great at teaching you the basics and proper form, then helping you work your way up. The classes are really fun, diverse, and give you a full body workout. Would definitely recommend this gym and these coaches!!

Truly the best of everything at this gym! Perfect balance of strength and cardio classes to properly work you out-none of that 30 minute stuff - these sessions are meant to challenge and push but are still perfectly suited to any/all fitness levels! The trainers are amazing, and I have to give a big shout out to one in particular, Emma, who is incredible with taking the time to get to know you and your own personal goals and then programming your workouts and nutrition based on them! Do not sleep on this gym and if you’ve been on the fence about trying a boxing workout or maybe you need something new…either way, give Strength & Strike a shot! I guarantee you’ll have an awesome time!

This gym is amazing! I immediately felt welcomed into this community when I first started coming to the classes. The coaches work with your skill level but will push you if they feel you can do more, it’s always the perfect push! The people that attend are so supportive! They make the classes fun and enjoyable. Strength and Strike is the best gym!! Rhuben is my personal trainer and he is absolutely amazing! Knowledgeable and very patient! He has a huge heart! I also take the Strength and Strike classes which give you a very challenging workout. Both Strike and Strength classes are worth every minute of your money and time. I love all the trainers at Strength and Strike and they make you feel awesome!! 😊❤️

I tried most gyms in Athens, before committing to a Strength and Stripe membership. S&S offers exactly what I was looking for -- high quality workouts that challenge me with both strength-training, endurance-building! Plus, they are led by experienced, knowledgable coaches who prioritize form and safety over everything else. I highly recommend S&S for everyone. The classes are great for all skill & experience levels, because the classes are small groups and the instructors figure out how to tailor the workout to your specific abilities, injuries, goals & needs.

I am a 53-year-old woman and I thought it was a great workout. I absolutely loved the boxing part of it. Ruben did a great job teaching me how to box correctly. Each class is different every time you go, which is amazing! I recommend you go try it.

I found out about Strength and Strike Fitness through a friend who had been going to their classes for about a year. Let me tell you that during my first class I was given a warm welcome, and was given step by step instructions to make me feel comfortable. All the trainers are awesome and clearly love what they do. The classes are challenging but fun at the same time. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a great workout and hanging out with a lot of cool people.

Best gym in town! I love going here every day and working out! The coaches are fantastic, encouraging, and really know their stuff. The workouts are challenging and fun, and they are different every day. Coaches are always there to lend a helping hand and scale workouts to help with fitness level, injuries, etc. The gym itself is super clean and they have worked really hard to keep the place safe for us to come in and work out.

The coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging. I would recommend to any shape or size to go out of their comfort zone and give them a try.

This is the gym to go to! The coaches (shout out to Emma, Rhuben, and Wes) are knowledgeable, supportive, and amazing people. The workouts, whether you do the HIIT type class or the weight lifting class, engage your muscles and your mind. And I can't forget to mention the yoga! After a week of strike (boxing/HIIT classes) and strength (weight lifting) classes, Annie and Lauren take you through a restorative yoga session that leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Finally, the people that go to S&S make the place more than just a gym - it is a community that supports you and your goals. Working out is so much better and you actually want to do it when you are with people that you like, in an environment that is encouraging, and the exercises vary and challenge you with every class.
