This place is awesome! They gave me my first month free and I got a large unit 10x20 for the same price and often less than a 5x10. I moved into my unit today for $43 including the lock! I totally recommend this place if you are looking for storage. You can always tell by the way someone treats you from the beginning how you'll be treated for the rest of the time.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. ONE YEAR AGO next month, my unit was completely emptied. The company "conveniently" messed up my insurance claim. It has been a year...and i have not received an insurance payout for the very little amount that we all know they will end up not paying completely out because thats just how it works. I have made contact with management and corporate so often that they decided to reach out to the DM who also got nothing done. I am given the run around every time I ask for a follow-up. The gate code I was given a year ago still works to get the gate open. The cameras are literally looking at the ground and there are holes in the fences. I run a security monitoring company. Its 2023, security shouldnt be an issue at this point. Do better.

It's rare to find no-hassle companies like this nowadays. Everything was so simple, from renting the unit to moving out. I found out I would be moving my belongings out of the unit over a shorter time frame than expected, but thankfully there was no 30-day notice or extra month's rent required, just a straightforward "Let us know when you've moved out and we'll terminate the autopay!". Awesome. And to top it off they kept my belongings completely safe and secure. Thanks guys!

I have been paying for storage and security of my personal belongings. I discovered that the facility at 1225 Commerce road does not have a secured perimeter throughout the fenced-in premises. There is a 3 foot cutting made with bolt cutters along your back fence. Where my unit is facing. If the cameras actually worked or were running someone would have surely seen this action take place or see someone going through it at ANY TIME. I do not recommend this facility location. Their may be a homeless camp set up in the wooded area behind it. Now it’s February and the new gate accessDoesn’t work. How many people does it take to manage such a simple facility?!
