I was a patient for about 3 months. I had a reaction twice from my shot. During my first reaction, I was told someone would call to check up on me but it never happened . On my second experience I was having the same reaction from my shot and called for a visit but the doctor was sick . I asked if someone was left in charge or should I go to urgent care. I was told to go to urgent care. I thought I deserved better care and decided it was in my best interest to cancel all future appointments
