Years ago, I had a new sofa delivered to this company to have a slipcover made. After many months of waiting, I knew that I was not going to get the slipcover made that I'd been waiting on. So, I had the sofa picked up and Sterling Gardener never even offered me as much as a single apology. It was such a disappointing and expensive experience all the way around. I can't imagine that someone turned a Duncan Phyfe sofa over to this company. Dealing with this business was a waste of time and money.
