Was really happy with my visit at St. Mary’s Internal Medicine Associates. I went to the North Chase St location and there was adequate parking in the back. Everyone here is so friendly from the moment you make the appointment until you are done with your appointment and on the way out the door. I chose to see Dr. Biney based on reviews and she was exactly as described. Amazing bedside manner, takes her time and actually listens to you. I didn’t feel rushed at all during my appointment and my health concerns were addressed. So happy I found this place and now I finally have a primary doctor I don’t dread going to.

I had my first visit recently and felt so welcomed. The front staff were very friendly. When called to the back, me and the assistant talked like we knew each other. Dr. Seminara was great. He asked about my concerns and provided guidance and solutions to the issues. I switched from my prior primary physician at Peidmond because I felt I was just a co-pay to them. I hope the excellent service continues, as I was very pleased.

My boss sent me to this PCP yesterday . They sent me home with zofran . This morning I can’t eat , can’t swallow , can’t hardly drink water . My throat is swollen so bad today . I goto piedmont ED , my pulse is 125 and my oxygen level is low . They came in and gave me a shot of steroids to get the swelling down before the test even come back . Instant relief . Will not be going back . Waste of money when they don’t treat . They just give you zofran and refer to ENT like I’m always sick like this .

I moved to the area from about 60 miles away from my previous doctor's office and in addition my previous doctor is now longer practicing. I feel so fortunate to have found Dr Avoke and this practice! Dr Avoke is knowledgable, and really listens to you. She has a wonderful calming manner! She explains everything thoroughly and has school knowledge and practical experience. It is so wonderful to have a doctor that you can trust and feel comfortable seeing! Dr Avoke follows up on everything that she says, like calling in prescriptions, calling on lab results, etc I am a bit of a health hypochondriac and Dr Avoke is the perfect fit for me.
