They do not do refunds, but one of the accessory items broke before we even got home with it. I realize its just a detail but what am I supposed to do with a broken accessory? Thats $13 wasted. If you wont refund things you need to have better quality. Also had very little selection for plus size.

Online hours of operation are incorrect, open up at 8AM. I've been outside waiting since then it's 8:40 now, not just me but multiple people. Don't understand why the hours of operation can't be updated to match what the associates are saying. While we waited we were informed the store doesn't open up till 9!!! Do all stores have different hours or do associates decide when they'll open, I don't understand.

Overpriced, no parking, unclean environment, rude customer base, staff not helpful, was charged for items we didnt receive. All around horrible experience. Will not visit this location ever again

I will say that a couple of the associates were so nice and helping me when we needed help looking for a different size and a Coraline outfit. But a few of the other associates when my three year-old needed to use, the bathroom would not let her use the potty and she ended up urinating on herself which is embarrassing for her. They should have atleast let her use the bathroom since she is a child! I will not be back to the establishment

Drove all the way there, after calling to confirm they were open, only for them to be closed due to the AC being out. I understand that’s not ideal working conditions but not advertising your closing hours early is unacceptable.
