Lynn and his people are great examples of customer service. I needed to replace my waterbed mattress. Lynn took time to make sure i got the one for me. Then went thru all the products you should replace with the mattress. Best of all had them in stock. Unloaded my old mattress and loaded new. The only place I'll ever go!

I called on Monday, August,30. I talked with Lynn. He was very helpful and kind. I told him what we needed. He shipped our liner and mattress out same day. We received it on Wednesday, September, 1. We are very pleased with the liner and mattress.I would highly recommend this company.

This place is the best. We drove 4 hours from Darlington SC because this is the only place that has floor models of waterbeds to try out. With all the advances in waterbed technology, we were able to get a bed that suited our needs. Everything we wanted was in stock and we were able to bring it home the same day. The bed rails wouldn't fit in my car, and they were shipped and i got them the next day. The staff are extremely knowledgeable. If i ever have any waterbed needs no matter how large or small, I will use Southern Waterbeds!!!!
