I was extremely pleased with Dr.Edwards. he did a great job in just throughouly checking me out and listening to my concerns. The only reason I did not rate this office a 5 is because I was told I would be getting a prescription for my allergies sent to my pharmacy I went to my pharmacy and it was not there , I then called the office back and she informed me that they would resend the prescription. I get to the pharmacy the next day,and it is still not there, so the next morning I gave there office a call only to be told that no one ever told me that they would resend it, as if I am lying about some NASAL SPRAY.!! so now I am waiting, 3 hours later still no call back no nothing.
