The lady there is not for me at all. Standing back there, talking to the UPS guy...like I wasn't in the stier I'm telling me to hold on turning red in the face!!!. It never came to the front to check me out...SO I LEFT the merchandise on the counter??How rude can you be and propped up on the door back there, just talking to him, tell me to wait a minute. Where is the customer service nowadays? I always shop in this store when I come down to Winder, and there's normally an older lady there and she's very friendly. Hadn't seen you in a while. She should have stayed at least she was nice. GET YOU SOME BETTER HELP SOON !! OR YOU WANT HAVE CUSTOMERS.

This lady was super rude she said we were tearing up her store we were cleaning it up and we asked for a shoe in size 5 but she said we don’t have it that’s fine but she said it on all of them. And she was was shaking her head at us. She was very mad never had met someone as rude as her. may 31 2025 5/31/25

only one shoe is displayed for security purpose, and if you want to make a purchase, the employee has to go in the back to find the other shoe to make a pair. I was there today, and apparently the employee could not find any shoe that I wanted to purchase, I tried to purchase three different shoes and the employee either did not want to search for the other shoe or really did not care.

My son and I walked in on 5/17/2025 and the the 2 employees on duty was leaning on the counter,got an attitude,didn’t offer assistance, and was cold the entire time,please let them know that they need to conduct themselves in a polite manner,treat people with kindness and respect, and I may update my review to 5 stars

To Whom it may concern I went in to the store the other day and there was a guy and the store manger in there behind the register. I asked about a size 12 and the store turned around with a attitude and said I bought them all. I was like ok. The she said it again it was very disrespectful. I waoted until she left and went to talk to the guy. He said she was store manager. I told him I wouldn't go back in the store if she is in there. She is so rude and disrespectful. Not first time I've heard her cussing and stuff in the store other times. This is not very professional. Thank you Kc

Very nice, quaint shoe store. Greatly organized. Clean store. Friendly staff. Helped me find exactly what I needed and even though one of my pairs was out of stock, she told me where I could find the other pair at a different store. Very happy with my purchase. The shoes are comfortable and the socks are cozy! Thank you, Shoe Show!

My first time at this location Entering the store it felt so warm and Welcome in the store was clean and the staff was very friendly And the manager was so awesome I couldn't find my Size but she was efficient and friendly I don't know what she did but she went back there and pop up with exactly what I wanted I love this location and I will be coming back Best experience ever Thank you shoe show.
