My nine year old and I went in and tried on shoes for about half an hour. One of the employees even asked us if we were finding everything okay. We went to check out and waited 5-10 minutes for them to find the other shoe. When I pulled out my card she told me that the card reader has been messed up all day and after it declined told me it would have to be cash. If you already knew the card reader was messed up why didn’t you warn people in advance instead of letting us waste our time? Now my son is upset because he didn’t get the shoes he wanted. I work in retail and I wouldn’t have let my customers waste their time like that.

Decent selection of shoes for good prices. Employees are typically helpful but always seem to have personal problems going on while working. They are always out if my size in everything but I'm usually able to find my daughter stuff that she likes.

Great customer service! The only reason I’m not giving this store 5 stars is because I wish the store’s selection for men’s dress shoe sizes was better. I went in looking for men’s size 17 dress shoes for a family funeral. After having my son sized, we established that he could actually wear a size 15 or 16, depending on how the shoe is made. Chanda and Precious were kind, courteous and went to great lengths to try to help me find a happy resolution! My husband ended up finding a pair online that should ship in time, but I could not thank them enough for helping me find a back up pair of black athletic shoes, just in case our shipment does not arrive in time! I will definitely visit this store again!

The white lady working there saw me put my shoes to the side and continued shopping but she still put them back with the others without asking. That's 3 pairs that I did not buy because of her. Next visit was better because there was a different staff.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Called this place from another store, because they said this location showed a size 11 men's court vision (white with a red check). When I called to ask to put this shoe on hold they proceeded to say they didn't have this shoe at all... Knowing they didn't even seem to check, I went to the other side of town to this location and low and behold I found the 11 as well as a size 12. Just lazy and poor customer service!
