The store associates are nice, but be mindful of the price your shoes ring up. The box had $59.99 and they rung up $64. The initial response was that’s not our price, but after I slightly pressed the issue the price was adjusted I’m glad, but just watch the prices.

I went in to get shoes for my son. We were 1 of the 3 customers that I saw. We picked some shoes and stood in line waiting as 2 employees talked to each other behind the counter. There was no one else in line by the way. A lady walked in to do a return and went to the employees. I said "excuse me sir" to the employee not talking to the lady and he looked at me and looked away. I put the shoes down and we left. I just want to be treated like a human. Acknowledgement isn't too much to ask. Won't be going here again.

Shopped for new women's flats and sandals, found both on sale for $10.00 and $15.00. I was hoping to spin the discount wheel, but was informed I had to buy 3 pair of shoes to get the discount. This was not specified on the wheel. Also, the associate did not offer a coupon upon entering the store either, so I basically got no other discounts. Thank goodness the shoes were on sale!

Hello, me and my husband were recently in shoe Carnival and we were just looking for maybe one or two pairs of shoes. When we hear an announcement That if you bought three or more pairs of shoes, you get to spend the wheel and you know get deals or coupons so we get up to the cash register with our three pairs of shoe and the young man Christian as he was ringing us up we were asking him about the wheel we’re like OK yeah. So we can spin the wheel and things like that blah blah blah he rings us all up and we ask about spinning the wheel and he was like oh you were supposed to ask about that from the first time and then laughed at us as we were leaving very unprofessional. Very not cool. I come to that store very often and buy shoes, but I did not like his attitude towards us, especially at the end when we were talking about spinning the wheel we wouldn’t buy three pairs of shoes just to buy them. We wanted to spend the wheel very upset.

The customer service was great. I was quickly directed to the "Hey Dude" men's section where I found a gift I was looking for. The box for the shoes I selected was damaged so they custom made me a box. They offer a military discount and several other discount options.

Thought it was great. We went to go find hiking boots for my husband and they had a bunch. It's a 4-star because only 1 pair was in our price range. He tried them on, but after getting them home, decided he needed a different size, so we went back the next day and exchanged them. Fast service and polite employees.

I needed to make sure that Ari- the young man that helped us today was recognized for his amazing customer service. We came in because my sons received gift cards for school shoes. They were only $25 and I was heartbroken when we first came in the store and saw the prices. This was my son's first visit to a real shoe store- usually just getting shoes I pick from a discount store. They are getting older and need better quality shoes, so I was really excited to bring them in. I was not prepared for quality shoe prices and truthfully - just wanted to leave an cry. But, we were helped by Ari. He took a lot of time to not only listen to what we needed- but understood our price limitation and went out of his way to find shoes in the right size that were also the right price. He had the best customer service and we were able to find a pair of shoes for each of the boys that they were happy with and that fit correctly. The store was packed with parents and kids trying to get shoes last minute and they had a contest to spin the wheel-the ammount of shoes stacked so high was a neat site for my boys and they were in awe of the whole place. Even with all the customers and chaos- the store was super clean. When trying to get down an aisle- there were a bunch of shoe boxes and as we got close- another employee jumped ahead of us and said, "Sorry- let me get those" and promptly picked them up and backed out the aisle so we could get through. I'm in a wheel chair, so it is hard some times to navigate- yet this employee( another young man) saw there might be an issue and took the initiative to make sure there wasn't. That is great customer service. Thank you for having some great employees that really helped turn a stressful bad day into one where my boys left happily running to the car to change into their new shoes.
