Hands down the best doctor visit I've ever had. Walking in, there is such a wonderful calming feeling in the office environment and the staff is absolutely the sweetest! Dr. Shelnutt has got to be the best doctor I have ever had a visit with. He was so soft spoken and had solutions for my problems. All the other reviews I have read are spot on. He really impressed me and made me feel like he knew exactly what he was talking about. He gained my trust and I have already been recommending him to my friends and family.

I have to say that I was highly impressed with Dr. Shelnutt and his staff. I was greeted with a smile and a cheerful attitude as soon as I walked in. That’s a big thing for me. I also loved that everyone was just so kind to me. Dr. Shelnutt actually sat and listened to me. He didn’t try to interrupt me like my last gynecologist did. He also explained why I’ve been experiencing the things that I have been. No other doctor had done that. He was very thorough and very kind/patient. We discussed different treatments based on my personal history and not a generic treatment. I absolutely HIGHLY recommend Dr. Shelnutt.

Great visit with Dr Shelnutt to handle my questions and concerns about HRT. I felt heard and understood. He is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. He took the time to answer my concerns and got me started with medications that make me feel like me again! His nurse and staff were so kind and nice! A great first experience from the first introduction at the door with the receptionists, to the nurse who got my vitals to Dr. Shelnutt. The place is very nice and clean. Everyone is so friendly. I love that Dr. Shelnutt wants to get to know you first. He takes time to answer all questions. I love that he drew out pictures to explain things. I would recommend them 1000 times. Makes an uncomfortable experience feel like a breeze!

Dr Shellnut is very prompt. When your naked except for a paper gown and sheet it’s nice not to be kept waiting. My annual checkup was short and sweet just the way I like it. He ask if I had any questions or concerns so I had the opportunity to discuss anything. No worries

Dr. Shelnutt was very kind and knowledgeable. The office staff are also very kind and welcoming. Going to the gyno can be nerve wrecking, but Dr. Shelnutt and his staff are very professional and help reduce the anxiety around it. It's impressive that Dr. Shelnutt personally sees to all of his patients without using mid-levels. There is nothing wrong with midlevels, but the fact that this practice has one provider and that provider sees to all of his patients is a rare occurrence these days.

This Dr and his staff were absolutely amazing. I absolutely hate going to the gynecologist but Dr Shelnutt made my visit so much more tolerable. He made time to do an actual consultation with me before the exam even began. He listened to all of my concerns and issues and made me feel heard. He promised to get the the bottom of my issues and actually seemed to care. The exam was quick and absolutely painless. The nurse that drew my blood was excellent. I felt nothing when she put in the needle to draw blood. I was very impressed with my appt at Shelnutt Gynecology. I highly recommend
