I was greeted and offered assistance as soon as I walked in! The store was very clean and the staff were helpful. Only losing a star for being out of stock of several products I was looking for- but the sweet young lady that assisted me informed me that I could order it and have it shipped, or to check a nearby location that usually has one specific product I was after. Overall, great experience!

I can in today and the woman who helped me was extremely helpful! It was very clear that she cared about what was best for me and not what would give them the most money. She answered all my questions and provided knowledgable insights! The store was also very clean and well-stocked!

I had just purchased the refy “red collection” lipstick, blush, and lipgloss from this location and once I opened it when I got home, not a single product in there. I am extremely disappointed with the fact that I had spend a decent amount of money on this lip kit/ blush kit. I’m even more upset with the fact that I had waited for it to get back in stock at my local Sephora, just to buy an empty box. I’m assuming that someone had stolen the products and left the packaging on the shelf, which is the packaging I had unfortunately purchased in store. I made the purchase this evening and won’t be able to contact the store until Friday since tomorrow is Thanksgiving. I have taken photos of the packaging and what it looked like once I opened it. You can even see that it looks like it was ripped. Hopefully there is something you guys can do.

I used to like Sephora but goodness. I spend enough money not to be treated like I was today. I returned an unopened product to get a different shade. I was questioned and felt like I was begging to have the price matched when I bought it a few weeks ago. I’m getting the SAME product. They honored the price for one item but not the second item of the SAME brand - replacement. I’m a member. Have never returned and didn’t appreciate her attitude (the manager). I won’t be back. There are other places to go. Athens GA… you deserve better! 2 stars because they do have a good selection but this location specifically is awful!

Customer service at this location is severely lacking. No one was willing to even glance in my direction or acknowledge me so I could get some help trying to find what I needed. Any time I tried to catch someone's eye, they would deliberately look away. I know I came in without makeup on at the time and I wasn't dressed up, but it's not kind or appropriate to be actively icy toward me. I was made to feel extremely unwelcome from the moment I walked in. Not great for a new location just starting out, hopefully they iron this out ASAP! Also, here's the hours, since they aren't up on Google yet.

I was very hesitant to go to this Sephora specifically because of the reviews but I was very short on time and in desperate need of help as I don’t wear makeup and didn’t know my foundation shade but needed it for an upcoming wedding I was apart of. Cheryl helped me and was very kind, patient and thorough. My makeup on the wedding day matched my skin so well. I appreciate the time she took with me and education she provided for skin care as well!

The customer service here is extremely disappointing. I arrived before closing knowing exactly what I needed to purchase. The doors were already locked at 7:50 pm When I talked through the door at what appeared to be the manager her appearance American African dreadlock, leather jacket. The lady mentioned there was no way to open the door or sell me the perfume I wanted period. She even said it was already 8 pm when it wasn't. Clearly she doesn't care about making sales or having an accommodating attitude towards customers. Damn the lady got lots of attitude in pockets and was soaking turning face away i has customer. This is not first time behavior of her multiple occasions she done this. Eachone of us are in customer service. We are serving many different ways and serve clients with kindness. The lady thinks she owns Sephora. Her paycheck comes from our purchases value and should respect all clients.. henceforth, i will purchase online and not give this store any sales.

My daughters and I were there yesterday and were helped by Ansley, who was absolutely adorable and so helpful. We were in town for a weekend visit and my daughters wanted to do a little shopping. Ansley literally took us around the store to show us the latest and greatest products… And even though we didn’t really need much of anything, my daughters ended up buying a ton of stuff based on her recommendations, and were beyond excited to get new things. She was just having fun showing us around, not necessarily trying to sell us things, and we had so much fun hanging out with her. Just wanted to give her a shout out because she truly went above and beyond to not just tell us about the products, but also make sure that my daughters had a fun time, which they definitely did! Amazing customer service and great experience overall!

You guys are 1. Unsympathetic and 2. Special. My daughter got sick in Sephora today. Because of the temperature in there, all the smells and the loud music, the combination had her head spinning and she got sick. Sorry. Instead of letting my sister tend to my sick daughter and get her out of the elements that made her sick, my sister was made to clean it up. Instead of giving my daughter a garbage bag in case she was to get sick again, the girl bagged the clean up of the vomit, that my sister did, in 3 bags. Then, after my sister cleaned it up with paper towels and wipes, the girl said, “oh now all we have to do is mop it.” Couldn’t you have just given the mop to begin with?!
