They’ve gotten so good and helpful. I got me and my sister some blush we never would’ve tried if the girl there didn’t show us how to apply it first the other afternoon. It so much cleaner than it was too, back a while ago when we first went. Was nice to see new faces

DON'T SHOP HERE! At a minimum I spend $130 per visit but I refuse to spend that kind of money at this location in Kohl's in the University plaza. The cashier never acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance. I saw someone engaged in behavior that indicated theft and she never noticed. On her phone, not engaging customers unless they spoke to her first. This is not only rude but behavior that negatively impacts revenue for the store.

I am a regular customer at Sephora and 2 days ago I purchase 65$ of makeup and skin care product , one of which was a $14 color corrector that I had never used before. When opened the tube would not dispense ANY of the product to the wand. It appeared old and dried up. Returned to today and was told that I could not return even with the receipt. She wanted the plastic lining that had sealed the tube. Stated I just needed to keep it and just keep trying ! She was very apathetic and didn’t even let me exchange for the same product. Will not shop at this location EVER again

Went in today was never even acknowledged. Never received any help. I typically buy $200 in makeup when I shop. I decided to only get two items since no one would help me find all that I was there for. There were two women at the register both helping one customer. They never said “hello” or “we will be right with you.” They both left me at the counter with my products and never came back after 10 minutes I left the items and walked out. Will never again attempt to buy anything in Sephora. This is the second time I have had an experience similar to this.

DO NOT COME HERE. Don’t even waste your time. Go to the Sephora stand alone store. They are much nicer and more helpful. This store is a freakin joke and the women are rude. They look at you like why are you here. And I bet they delete this review like they have the other low ratings. Pathetic. Never coming back to kohls. I’m disabled as was in pain waiting 30 mins to make a return to Sephora
