Scoops Watkinsville is a local gem! From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with warm smiles and a cheerful atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff is truly amazing—friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about what they do. And the ice cream? Absolutely delicious. Every flavor I’ve tried has been rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced—whether you’re into the classics or something a little more adventurous, there’s always something new to love. The shop itself is beautifully decorated, with a charming vibe that makes it the perfect place to relax with friends or bring the whole family. It’s more than just a stop for a treat—it’s an experience. Their social media presence is also top-notch. Scoops Watkinsville has quickly become one of my favorite places, and I can’t recommend it enough!

The customer service could have been better I asked about the prices and was rudely told that the prices are listed above. The ice cream shop was tight when me and my husband visited due to it being packed. Just overall was disappointed with our visit. The establishment was clean and colorful though.

The staff was very friendly however I was charged $20 for 1.54 lb of candy. The sign next to the candy machines said $3 and some change per pound however the price I paid was insane. I got candy for my nephew and didn’t have the heart to ask why it was so expensive or else he would have tried to put it back. Seems like false advertising and even then why would a pound of candy ever cost so much? If properly advertised we could have went to the dollar tree and got him 10x the candy for the same price.

3.5 stars rounded up to 4 stars. A wide variety of flavors of ice cream. They are quite decent, but likely not the best I’ve had. Worth going to if you’re in the Wire Park area, but not driving too far to come here.

Great ice cream/candy! It is really good to enjoy when running around wire park and hanging with friends. The only reason it is 4 stars is because it is a little overpriced, I got a strawberry cheesecake car cream in a waffle cone and it was 6$. Overall it is amazing and the workers are really nice!

I got 1 of everything on the menu because their homemade chocolate is absolutely delicious. My family travels a lot and we’ve had lots of different chocolates from around the world and this place genuinely has the best chocolate ever! Customer service is so amazing, it’s clean and cute inside! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone in the area or traveling. Such a happy place 🥰

I went to Scoops for the first time tonight, and it was such a delight! What a cool place. So many fun options, so many colorful things to see! Candies, ice cream, hot chocolate. You name it, they’ve got it! I got the praline and cream ice cream, which was absolutely delicious. My friend got the salted caramel chip, and she loved hers as well. We got excellent service from the friendly young lady working behind the counter. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend.
