We needed several items engraved. Matt did a phenomenal job executing every detail and detail we ask for. He had great communication and text us proofs to make sure he was getting everything right! I brought an item in to be engraved. They had multiple fonts to choose from all neatly organized into a binder. I picked out something I thought looked good. They drew up a sketch of my item and put annotations on what font, approximate size, placement, and which letters I wanted to be capitalized. They paid very close attention to detail and made sure that their sketch was as accurate as possible. They did it quickly too. I think I was only in there for about five minutes The guy at the counter made sure to explain that they can’t guarantee how the lasers will react to my item (it was made of aluminum). I thought this was another good precaution they take to protect their customers’ items. He also made sure to tell me that it could take up to 3 days to be finished. I let him know I was really hoping for one day because, if it took any longer, I wouldn’t be able to come back for another week. He said they would do their best. That they did. I got a text early the next day that it was ready for pickup. It looked absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I will definitely be coming back to get more items engraved (despite the long drive) because this team has proven to me that they’re more worried about making sure their customers’ items aren’t damaged or misprinted than making a quick buck AND they do their best to work with the customer’s timeline.
