I had a great experience buying glasses the other day. As soon as I entered the optical department, Kim greeted me with a smile and offered her assistance. With her guidance I was able to find a great pair of glasses. I am very happy with my experience and will come back the next time I need glasses.

First time using this sams optical. Left my frame with them so it could be scanned for new lenses 3 weeks later still no call back. When I called them they informed me they received the lenses, but they were cut wrong so they were sent back. 2 weeks later new ones came back I went to get them Them during the hours I was told I could come . The girl working informed me she couldn’t issue them and the manager was running late!! WHAT?!?! When he finally showed up the prescription was incorrect that their doctor gave me!! Was told I need to have eyes rechecked so made me appointment for the coming up Friday .i arrived for my appointment that THEY MADE and after waiting 48 minutes the manager informed me that he accidentally put me in the wrong day that he made for the next Friday! This place is very poorly managed ! Do not recommend!!! I asked for refund and went to snellville location . Much better experience!!

Ordered two pair - single vision came in quick, but still waiting on progressive sun glasses and it has been over a month. I went in and talked to the same guy who took my order. He said I should have received them a long time ago and would check on them and call me. It's been a week and no call. Going in to check again. Terrible service!!

I have gotten all of our family eye exams here. The issue I have is that I don't really like to get the glasses at Sam's club. Recently they are very reluctant to give out the PD so you can order them online. This has caused me to consider going elsewhere.

Shady and unscrupulous optician. I advised them I needed a prescription/exam so that I can order my glasses online. The Optical Center Manager agreed (Tracy Phillips) and charged me for the services. However she provided me with an incomplete prescription since I was not ordering glasses through them. She is withholding a crucial measurement I need to complete my order. She was also very rude and uncooperative when trying to resolve the situation with her. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Ordered glasses on March 22. Informed delivery would be April 1. As of today, April 6, no glasses. Stopped by Optical Dept the afternoon of April 1, rep was on phone (appeared personal) told glasses weren't delivered and no idea when. I'll never use Sam's Optical again. Extremely poor service !
